Shipment & Delivery

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through customer selected registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. MILANA DESIGNS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 business days.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For International buyers, orders are handled via our WatsApp platform. Please contact +91-8590079868 and the orders shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Returns

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns once an order has been placed. Please carefully consider your purchase before confirming your order.

Cancellation

Cancellation is not possible after the shipment has been initiated. Once the order is processed and handed over to the courier company, it cannot be canceled.

Refund

Refunds are only applicable for orders affected by technical issues originating from Milana Designs.

Refund processing time may vary depends on the payment gateway and bank holidays. Usually, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
